These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services, programs, products, and content offered through our website, including The Slim System, The Glow-Up Concierge, and any associated consultations, digital resources, or prescription-based services.

By visiting our site or purchasing any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

  1. ELIGIBILITY
    You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase from The Simone System. By purchasing any product or service, you confirm that all submitted information is truthful, accurate, and that you are legally eligible to engage in this agreement.

  2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
    The Simone System offers luxury glow-up solutions, which may include:

– The Slim System (Foundation & Ozempic-inclusive plans)

– Beauty, hormonal, nutritional, and aesthetic support

– Glow-up strategy consultations and transformation blueprints

– Luxury post-operative concierge services

– WhatsApp check-ins, guided rituals, and emotional coaching

– Access to third-party medical consultations and prescription processing

The Simone System does not provide direct medical treatment. We offer lifestyle, aesthetic, and concierge-level support to complement your transformation journey.

  1. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
    We are not a medical provider. All GLP-1 prescriptions (e.g. Ozempic) are subject to independent evaluation by licensed physicians and are never guaranteed.

By enrolling in any Ozempic-inclusive plan, you acknowledge:

– You are requesting eligibility assessment, not automatic access to medication.

– Your health history will be reviewed by a licensed professional.

– The Simone System does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee medical outcomes.

Always consult your personal doctor before beginning any new medication, supplement, or weight loss program.

  1. PRICING & PAYMENT
    All prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue offerings, or modify features without notice. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and approved payment platforms. We do not offer payment plans unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  1. REFUND POLICY
    All sales are final. There are no refunds, including but not limited to:

– Consultations (whether attended or missed)

– Strategy blueprints or digital plans

– The Slim System (Ozempic or Foundation packages)

– WhatsApp or 1:1 support access

– Glow-Up Concierge services

– Surgery coordination or post-op care deposits

By purchasing, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or unused access.

  1. RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS
    You may reschedule consultations one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be forfeited without credit or refund.

  2. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
    Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for weight loss, body transformation, or skin improvement.

You understand that:

– Your transformation depends on personal compliance, biology, and lifestyle.

– The Slim System is a supportive framework, not a magic fix.

– Before-and-after testimonials are personal experiences, not promises.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content, branding, and systems shared on our site or in any Simone System plan—including videos, guides, modules, phrases, taglines, images, and protocols—are the intellectual property of The Simone System.

You may not:

– Copy, resell, reproduce, or distribute our materials

– Share proprietary content without express written permission

– Present our strategies or visuals as your own

Legal action may be taken against any unauthorized use.

  1. SUPPORT ACCESS & CLIENT CONDUCT
    Your plan may include temporary access to WhatsApp support or email accountability. You agree not to:
    – Spam or excessively message support channels
    – Use abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate language
    – Disrupt service delivery through dishonest or manipulative conduct

We reserve the right to revoke your access and remove you from any program or platform without refund if these standards are violated.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
    Our concierge service may involve referrals or coordination with third-party professionals, including doctors, pharmacies, recovery villas, or transport providers.

We are not responsible for the actions, pricing, policies, or quality of service of third-party providers. You engage with them at your own discretion and risk.

  1. PRIVACY POLICY
    We collect limited personal data to provide services. Your privacy matters to us.

– Your information is never sold or shared without your consent (except as required to fulfill services or by law).

– You may receive communication about program updates, exclusive offers, or follow-up support.

– You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

  1. AFFILIATES & DISCOUNTS
    Referral or affiliate rewards are subject to approval. Misuse (e.g. self-referrals or impersonation) will result in disqualification and removal. We reserve the right to cancel discount codes or promotions at any time.

  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Simone System and its affiliates will not be liable for any:

– Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

– Personal injury, allergic reaction, or side effects related to product use

– Results not achieved as expected

– Delays or service interruptions outside our control
