My transformation story

I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and see a body that doesn’t match your soul. I spent years stuck in cycles of punishment, perfectionism, and self-denial, believing I had to suffer my way to beauty. I don’t believe that anymore.

where I started

This was me. Before I knew how to nourish myself; Before I believed I deserved softness, beauty, and healing.

Already beautiful—but disconnected.

Performing strength, hiding pain, and surviving day to day.

I hadn’t yet given myself what I truly deserved: health, peace, radiance.

I deserved to feel magnetic.

To be the most beautiful version of myself—for me.

To embody every vision I had of the woman I wanted the world to see.

But I didn’t know how.

No one had ever shown me how to choose myself fully.

So I gave myself the gift I was waiting for.
